Your Consultation
On the date of your consultation, Ean will come to your home to discuss your ideas, desires and needs for your personal renovation project. After getting a clear understanding of your wants & needs, we will offer expert recommendations as well as other factors involved in the remodeling process.

Plans & Estimate
After the consultation, Ean will draw up a plan, timetable and a detailed cost estimate of the project including materials and labor. You will review the plan with Ean, make any necessary adjustments and finalize the agreement and set a start date.

The Project
After the date is set, you can relax and let Sussick Construction do what they’ve been doing for over 15 years… Helping homeowners & business owners realize their dream. Ean will work closely with you during the entire construction phase and communicate the progress.

Post Construction Meeting
Our Production Manager will meet with you to walk through the project, determine any punch list items to be addressed and discuss the final schedule for completion. You will also be presented with your warranty information. We stand behind our work because we know how important this project is to you – we honestly want to make you a satisfied customer for life.
